107:1

Transliteration

Araayta allathee yukaththibu biddeen

Sahih International

Have you seen the one who denies the Recompense?

Muhsin Khan

Have you seen him who denies the Recompense?

Tafsir al-Jalalayn

Have you seen him who denies the Judgement?, the Requital and the Reckoning, that is to say, ‘Do you know who he is?’ If you do not know him then:

A e ke parë ti (a e sheh) atë, që përgënjeshtron përgjegjësinë dhe llogarinënë botën tjetër?

107:2

Transliteration

Fathalika allathee yaduAAAAualyateem

Sahih International

For that is the one who drives away the orphan

Muhsin Khan

That is he who repulses the orphan (harshly),

Tafsir al-Jalalayn

That is he (read an implied huwa after the fā’ [of fa-dhālika]) who repels the orphan, that is to say, [who] violently drives him away from what is his due,

Albanian

Po ai është që e përzë në mënyrë të vrazhdë bonjakun.

107:3

Transliteration

Wala yahuddu AAalataAAami almiskeen

Sahih International

And does not encourage the feeding of the poor.

Muhsin Khan

And urges not the feeding of AlMiskin (the poor),

Tafsir al-Jalalayn

and does not urge, either himself or others [to], the feeding of the needy: this was revealed regarding al-‘Āsī b. Wā’il or al-Walīd b. al-Mughīra.

Albanian

Dhe që nuk nxit për të ushqyer të varfërin.

107:4

Fawaylun lilmusalleen

Sahih International

So woe to those who pray

Muhsin Khan

So woe unto those performers of Salat (prayers) (hypocrites),

Tafsir al-Jalalayn

So woe to them who pray,

Albanian

Pra shkatërrim është për ata që falen,

Transliteration

Allatheena hum AAan salatihimsahoon

Sahih International

[But] who are heedless of their prayer -

Who delay their Salat (prayer) from their stated fixed times,

Tafsir al-Jalalayn

those who are heedless of their prayers, neglectful, delaying them from their appointed times,

Albanian

të cilët ndaj namazit të tyre janë të pakujdesshëm.

107:6

Transliteration

Allatheena hum yuraoon

Sahih International

Those who make show [of their deeds]

Muhsin Khan

Those who do good deeds only to be seen (of men),

Tafsir al-Jalalayn

those who make a pretence, with prayers and otherwise,

Albanian

Ata që vetëm shtiren (sa për sy e faqe).

107:7

Transliteration

WayamnaAAoona almaAAoon

Sahih International

And withhold [simple] assistance.

Muhsin Khan

And refuse Al-Ma'un (small kindnesses e.g. salt, sugar, water, etc.).

and deny aid, as [insignificant as] a needle, a hatchet, a cooking pot or a bowl.
